The story

Ghost stories in Lubbock's historic Pioneer building center on its fourth floor, where deaths occurred in the building's past, with cold spots, unexplained footsteps and an unseen presence in the halls. The Daily Toreador noted in 2016 that staff knew the stories, which are treated as part of local folklore.
